FAQ

When will my Advent Calendar ship?

We are expecting to start shipping by third week of November. Orders will be shipped in the order they are placed.

Can I order Chachalate bars or other products with my Calendar?

Yes! Please note that if you order Chachalate Bars or other products in the same order as your Advent Calendar, everything will ship together when your Calendar is ready.

Does it include a tasting guide?

Yes! There will be an included info card with tasting notes and information on each flavour.

Is there any milk chocolate?

No we do not add any dairy products to our chocolate. Our base chocolate is typically a 70 - 75% pure dark chocolate made with only two ingredients: cacao & organic cane sugar.

All of our chocolate is made without any added preservatives, soy lecithin, vanilla, dairy, eggs, or gluten. May contain traces of nuts and/or peanuts.

At Chachalate, we make naturally fruity-tasting dark chocolate, unlike any other chocolate you've ever had. We delicately roast the cacao to highlight and preserve each cocoa bean's unique personality.
