Bean-to-bar means we control every step of the chocolate-making process, from sourcing premium cacao beans to crafting the final bar. We roast, crack, winnow, grind, and temper each batch by hand in our Toronto workshop, ensuring the highest quality and most authentic flavors in every bite.
Our single-origin chocolates showcase cacao from Tanzania, Madagascar, India, and Vietnam, each with its own distinct flavor profile. From fruity and bright to rich and earthy, our 75% dark chocolate bars let the true character of each origin shine through.
