We really hope you love our chocolate, but if you're not 100% satisfied, let us know and we'll make it right.
No Returns on Perishable Products
Perishable products like our chocolate bars are food items, and we cannot accept returns due to concerns for food safety and quality assurance.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, unsafe, or incorrect please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We may request additional photographs of the product and packaging so we can investigate with our shipping partners.
Melting or Weather-Related Issues
During warmer months, we take precautions to minimize heat damage, such as insulated packaging, weather-dependent delivery scheduling, and faster shipping methods. While we take steps to protect your chocolate in warm weather, once it’s out of our door, we unfortunately cannot control the weather or delivery companies.
Customer Responsibility for Delivery
Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and that someone will be available to receive the order. We are not responsible for orders that are lost, stolen, or delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
How Refunds are Issued
Approved refunds are automatically processed to the original method of payment. Depending on your bank/issuer, funds may take several business days to process and post. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

Orders not collected or refused at delivery
