Description
Chachalate Origins - Colombia Pure 92%
Tasting Notes: Prunes, Molasses, Almonds
92% Cacao
A beautiful intensity without the bitterness.
Made with only two ingredients: cocoa beans & organic cane sugar.
This bar is made with incredible cacao from the Orinoco region in Colombia. At the helm is Cesar, who manages his family farm and works with neighbouring farmers to cultivate specialty cacao.
It's hard making chocolate that can tolerate such low sugar, but this cacao is something special!
We start with smooth notes of prunes which transform into molasses and almonds, and just a slight brightness that keeps things interesting!
