1For those who love the fragrance of tea, the brightness of citrus, and the discovery of new flavours, this gift box offers four specialty chocolate bars to unwrap and savour.
Imagine jasmine tea at dim sum, or the comforting toasted warmth of sobacha, or the candy-like perfume of osmanthus for the first time.
Each bar gives a different flavour and texture to explore.

Golden Osmanthus with BC Cherry
Fruity Tanzania Chachalate and tart BC cherries with the floral sweetness of osmanthus flowers.
Yuzu Strawberry
Tangy yuzu from Kyushu, Japan and lightly crunch strawberries meet the caramel notes of our India Chachalate.
Sobacha
Sobacha (roasted buckwheat) from Nagano, Japan is ground into our pure chocolate alongside crunchy bits of sobacha and caramelized sugar for a warm toasty flavour — like coffee meets cereal.
Silver Tip Jasmine Tea
Hand harvested tea leaves are naturally perfumed with real jasmine, then directly infused into our chocolate. The tea slowly blooms on the palate for a long lasting soft floral finish.

About the Beans
Tanzania, Kokoa Kamili
In the village of Mbingu (Kiswahili for Heaven), Tanzania, cocoa beans are gathered from over 4,500 neighbouring farmers.
Kokoa Kamili, a central fermentary, takes these beans and beautifully ferments them. They pay the farmers the highest prices in the region and work to better the lives of the surrounding communities while developing the tastiest cocoa beans around.
We make sure to delicately roast the cocoa beans to preserve and accentuate the distinctive tang of these seeds.
Indonesia, Ransiki
The Ransiki Central Fermentary in West Papua, Indonesia, was established in the 1950s, but slowly faded due to lack of investment and care.
In 2017, it was revitalized as an attempt to rehabilitate almost 1000Ha of land and provide much needed jobs for the local community.
The cooperative is a pillar of West Papua’s Green Growth program, which focusses on sustainable growth of cacao, coffee, vanilla, nuts and seaweed in the region.
India, Anamalai Farm
The Anamalai Farm in India grows cacao amongst tall coconut and nutmeg trees. It is located near Pollachi, a region famous for its amazing coconuts.
The beans are fermented in five tiers of wooden boxes and sun dried on raised beds.
The farm was started as a response to grow quality cacao, primarily for the Indian market, instead of the Indian-grown cacao for large producers such as Cadbury and Mondelez.
Vietnam, Tien Giang
Tien Giang is a province on the northern branch of Vietnam’s Mekong Delta, a low-lying, tropical region with a vast network of rivers, rice paddies, and swamplands.
All the harvested cacao is tested at selection, and farmers received feedback and technical assistance throughout the harvest season. In addition to being paid rates well beyond Fair Trade prices.
