Shipping Information

Orders are shipped through couriers and shipping services like Canada Post and UPS. The rates cover our expenses to process, pack, and ship your order.

Taxes, shipping, and other charges do not apply to minimum purchase requirements.

Free shipping is only valid on orders shipping to one address.

Warm Weather Policy

During the warm weather months, we generally ship packages out only on Mondays or Tuesdays. This minimizes the chances that your chocolate will sit in a warehouse over the weekend and potentially melt.

To minimize delivery wait times, order by noon on Sunday or Monday so that we can get your chocolate out the door earlier.

We track the weather both here in Toronto, and also at the destination address. If the forecast is particularly hot, we may need to wait until the following week until there is a cooler window. We will reach out to you in this case to make alternative arrangements.

While we take steps to protect your chocolate in warm weather, once it’s out of our door, we unfortunately cannot control the weather or delivery companies.

FREE Delivery Policy

You will receive free local delivery for orders $75 or more. Orders under $74.99 are a flat-rate $4.99 delivery fee.

If you select this option, please be sure there is a safe spot or concierge where we can deliver the package to.

Some Local Toronto couriers and deliveries will not have a tracking link. If you have any questions about your shipment, please reach out to us and we’ll be more than happy to help!

FREE Shipping Policy

You will receive free standard shipping/delivery to anywhere in Canada for orders $99 or more.

Orders under $99 are a flat-rate $9.99 standard shipping.

Shipping times typically range from 3 - 5 business days within Ontario, up to 7 business days to British Columbia.

USA

FREE Shipping Policy

You will receive free expedited shipping to the continental USA for orders over $99 USD.

Orders under $99 USD are a flat-rate $9.99 USD expedited shipping.

We currently do not offer shipping to Alaska or Hawaii.

Tracking Your Package

We know you are eager to receive your chocolate. When your package ships, you will receive an e-mail notification that contains a link to which you can track your shipment. You can also track the status of your shipment from My Account.
