Hot Chachalate [Luxurious Drinking Chocolate]

A hot chocolate mix made with real chocolate — our signature Tanzania Pure and India Pure Chachalate.

You'll taste wonderful red fruity notes, with a full extra thick body and smooth creaminess.

One jar makes 4-6 servings depending on how chocolate-y you like!

How to Use

This is made with actual chocolate, not just cocoa powder. It might take a bit more whisking to fully melt.

1. Heat 150-200g liquid of your choice to a simmer.
2. Add 1/3 of liquid to 20-35g Hot Chachalate Mix.
3. Whisk vigorously until smooth and incorporated. For best results, use an immersion/hand blender OR milk frother.
4. Once a ganache is formed, mix in the rest of the liquid.
5. Enjoy! Bonus points for toasted marshmallows.

About the Beans

In the village of Mbingu (Kiswahili for Heaven), Tanzania, cocoa beans are gathered from over 4,500 neighbouring farmers.

Kokoa Kamili, a central fermentary, takes these beans and beautifully ferments them. They pay the farmers the highest prices in the region and work to better the lives of the surrounding communities while developing the tastiest cocoa beans around.

We make sure to delicately roast the cocoa beans to preserve and accentuate the distinctive tang of these seeds.
