Description
Drink Real Chocolate.
A hot chocolate mix made with real chocolate — our signature Tanzania Pure and India Pure Chachalate.
You'll taste wonderful red fruity notes, with a full extra thick body and smooth creaminess.
One bag makes approximately 8 - 12 servings depending on how chocolate-y you like!
How to Use
This is made with actual chocolate, not just cocoa powder. It might take a bit more whisking to fully melt.
- Heat 150-200g liquid of your choice to a simmer.
- Add 1/3 of liquid to 20-35g Hot Chachalate Mix.
- Whisk vigorously until smooth and incorporated. For best results, use an immersion/hand blender OR milk frother.
- Once a ganache is formed, mix in the rest of the liquid.
- Enjoy! Bonus points for toasted marshmallows.
