We make this terrine with a heap of Tanzania Chachalate — giving it an amazing richness and red-fruit forward notes.
Enjoy warm, cold, or anywhere in-between. Fudgey chocolate-y truffle-y cake... Top it off with roasted pistachios and hazelnuts and you have a party.
The cake is approx 5.5" long and can feed four (or two chocolate fiends).

How do I store the terrine?
Please refrigerate and enjoy up to two days later. If there's still some left, you can also freeze it for up to three months.
What's the best way to enjoy the terrine?
There are three ways to enjoy: Warmed up from the microwave (15s — like a lava cake), Room temperature (take out of fridge 30min before eating — smooth and creamy), or Cold (straight from the fridge —denser fudgey and truffle-like).
Contains dairy, eggs, nuts (almonds, hazelnuts). May contain traces of peanuts and/or other tree nuts.
