Ry runs Chachalate, a chocolate making company. They make real pure chocolate from scratch — from the cocoa beans — sourced as directly with the farmers as possible.
Rae is a nurse-turned-baker and she runs Bakerrae. She makes Filipino-inspired baked goods like her Rae Rolls (think a croissant x morning bun, but topped with Ube Flan).
Together, we'll be opening up shop at 149 Main St.
In the back, you'll find chocolate machines. In the front, you'll find delicious baked goods that are "not too sweet", but "oh so delicious".
