Back for Mother's Day! Experience the flavours of real chocolate in the most deliciously decadent way possible - in a lava cake.
Our single-origin lava cakes are crafted to highlight the natural fruity flavours of Chachalate. Each cake is the same except for the chocolate. Each chocolate is the same except for the cocoa beans.
To top it off, you also get a jar of our housemade raspberry coulis. It's the perfectly refreshing and not-too-sweet topping for chocolate. Bonus points if you have ice cream.
Taste each one side-by-side and experience the differences:
- Lava Cake - India
- Lava Cake - Tanzania
- Lava Cake - Madagascar
- Jar of Housemade Raspberry Coulis

A tasting flight of chocolate lava cakes? Sign me up! I ordered these as a Valentine's treat and was so happy with the experience. It was fun to compare the chocolate flavours and read about the different regions the cacao comes from. My husband doesn't usually like dark chocolate as much as I do, but he loved these cakes. The raspberry coulis was the perfect palate cleanser. Next time I will pair them with champagne 🥂
These cakes were delicious and such a playful way to show off the flavour profiles of the three sources of cacao used by Chachalate. It was a treat to taste all three and compare them. I highly recommend the cakes and the chocolate bars!!
The Lava Cake Tasting Flight (ordered for Valentine’s Day) was quite a chocolate experience. My wife and I loved all 3 flavours although we had our own favourites. We both agreed that Anamalai (India) was the mildest among the three. Her favourite was Kokoa Kamili (Tanzania) since it’s taste is in between the three. She’s not a fan of dark chocolates but she did try all three. My personal favourite was Bejofo (Madagascar). Being a plain black coffee drinker I am, I enjoyed its strong and deep chocolate taste. The house-made raspberry coulis was delicious. My wife added it as garnishing on top of the lava cake. I used it to kind of clean my palate/taste buds as I move from one lava cake to the next. In addition, customer service was superb!
I wanted to surprise my girlfriend with this tasting flight for Valentine's Day and it didn't disappoint!
The lava cakes were gooey and flavourful. Was decadent and fruity at the same time. Great date night activity - would highly recommend!
These lava cakes were incredibly delicious and rich with chocolate. Best lava cakes we have ever had hands down! Maybe even the best dessert....
