Coffee Crunch: Single-origin coffee + Single-origin chocolate. We partnered with This Coffee Co. to bring you a fruity Ethiopian coffee paired with our naturally fruity chocolate. Lightly roasted, exploding with flavour, and a satisfying crunch. Highly recommend NOT eating this at night. Instead, you can make this an excuse to eat chocolate for breakfast ;).
Hojicha: Hojicha is a roasted green tea - the quieter sibling to matcha. It has a bold roasted aroma with a light finish on the palate and a much lower caffeine content than its green counterpart. We paired hojicha with Tanzanian Kokoa Kamili cocoa beans to balance the deep roasted flavours with the brightness of fruits.
Olive Oil & Fleur de Sel: The olive oil makes an incredibly smooth chocolate with naturally fruity flavours to complement. Add beautiful flakes of fleur de sel and you have a chocolate that will make your heart sing.

About the Beans
Tanzania, Kokoa Kamili
In the village of Mbingu (Kiswahili for Heaven), Tanzania, cocoa beans are gathered from over 4,500 neighbouring farmers.
Kokoa Kamili, a central fermentary, takes these beans and beautifully ferments them. They pay the farmers the highest prices in the region and work to better the lives of the surrounding communities while developing the tastiest cocoa beans around.
We make sure to delicately roast the cocoa beans to preserve and accentuate the distinctive tang of these seeds.
I have not received my product since those two weeks ago. So I am not sure about the taste. I'll review it until then.
This holiday bundle is great, the peppermint chocolate is especially amazing! Great balance of both flavors. Chachalate never disappoints!

The caramel & cocoa nib crunch has to be the best chocolate bar I’ve ever had. It’s so good that I have to make sure my partner doesn’t eat it all!
